Hi there,
I have the ASUS XG-C100C in my PVE host, but since the latest round of updates it get the following error message:
Code:

I'm somewhat confused by the message, since it references the e1000, but the onboard intel nic of my mainboard is fine and seemingly works without issue. Only the XG-C100C seems to have problems (I don't use the Dragon 2.5G LAN which is also on the mainboard).

My Hardware:
CPU: Intel i5-13600KF
Mainboard: ASRock Z690 Extreme
There are also 128GB of RAM, two HBAs and GPU for video.
Kernel: Linux 6.5.13-5-pve (2024-04-05T11:03Z)
Manager-Version: pve-manager/8.1.10/4b06efb5db453f29
I'm on the community version of Proxmox.

It seems the latest round of updates fixed the issue. I sadly never really got to the bottom of it, but if it resurfaces I'll update my post. Until then I'll mark it as "solved".
