Move raw disk from direct LUN to LVM

Greetings

I am trying to migrate some VMs from libvirt to proxmox, the migration is transparent indeed, but on my libvirt setup my LUN(s) were directly exposed to the hypervisor, I understand that this is not the optimal setup with proxmox so I'm creating a Logical Volumes on another LUN and drop the raw disk on it, but how to do it? I tried a dd but the VM says "no bootable device" if I try to start it with the new disk

Could I use with a snapshot maybe? I am sure that there is a way to do it in a cleaner way

Thanks a lot!
cheers

no I'm using virtio directly on the LUN

and I'd like to move the raw disk on the LUN on another LUN+LV
