I was playing around with my (2 node) test cluster and figured out a cheap man's (that's me) "manual" fencing setup.
First you build a KVM virtual machine using a NAS over NFS/iscsi disk.
After the build is finnished manually copy the .conf file in here... /etc/pve/qemu-server/ with a different id and migrate that VM configuration to the other host.
Just make sure the new clone VM does not start automatically and stays shut down unless the original VM becomes unavailable.
PS. This is such a great idea how about a "Clone Configuration" button?
