Is it possible to build shared RAID-10 across nodes?

My setup (in general):
4 physical servers.
Each server has 3 physical HDDs.
Each server runs Proxmox (7.4-3) with one node on 1 physical HDD.
All nodes are clustered.

I now have 8 unused HDDs (2/physical server).

What I would like to do is use these 8 HDDs in a virtualized RAID-10 array for shared storage.
I'm thinking something along these lines:
Server 1: 2 HDDs in RAID-1 shared with all nodes
Server 2: 2 HDDs in RAID-1 shared with all nodes
Server 3: 2 HDDs in RAID-1 shared with all nodes
Server 4: 2 HDDs in RAID-1 shared with all nodes
All shared RAID-1 mirrors, spanned across a shared RAID-0 stripe, on which I can create a virtual shared storage volume.

I'm not specifically looking to make this exact RAID setup work. This is just an explanatory scenario of the "function" I would like to achieve in order to make "better" use of my physical storage. Any method where I can have my 8 physical HDDs made into a (relatively safe, redundant) shared virtual storage volume is most welcome.

Is there any way to achieve this in Proxmox?
