Hi

I have a question, is it possible to compress or reduce a certain image space on disk?

What i mean is this:

The space of the image on proxmox server:

65G 2012-04-26 10:00 vm-157-disk-1.qcow2

The dumped image size is:"

54G 2012-04-26 01:47 157-Isp.tgz

But the used space on the iamge is only 19G:

df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda1 292G 19G 259G 7% /

So is there a way to change the amount of space that the image has on disk? Because having 54G takes alot of time to back up.

Thank you
