iGPU passthrough not working for Windows, but working for Linux

Hi everyone,

I tried running Proxmox on a laptop and it seems to be working great, except for the iGPU passthrough for Windows.
I took a look at the following documentation: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/PCI_Passthrough
This documentation seems to be working fine for Ubuntu but not in any shape or form for Windows.

What I want to achieve is that Windows is using the physical display, which is attached to an iGPU (Intel HD Graphics 620).
Now, with Ubuntu this is working fine out of the box, but Windows just does not show on the physical display. (using OVFM, q35, hostpci1: 00:02,pcie=1,x-vga=1)
I even tried installing the correct intel graphics drivers, and this does make the iGPU show up in Windows device manager, but no display output.

I saw many people do this and showed it working on using RDP, but never a physical display.
So I would like to ask the question, is this even possible? And if so, how?
