I can't boot ve 8.0.2 from usb drive

Hi
I am trying to boot version 8.0.2 from usb drive without success.
Latitude 3500 i5 enabled UEFI and Virtualization.
I used to create ventoy rufus balena ...
ISO checksum is OK.
