how to use 【-snapshot】 in vm's

i want to use the snapshot Mode when the vm start：

now i use this way：

1、start the vm and "ps aux|grep 100"

2、so i get ：

3、stop the vm ，and use this with “-snapshot” at last，and run this code

i want to know ： how to config this in vm's Profiles so that ,when vm start its use snapshot.
