Hi!

CEPH OSD is down/out so I think the disk is dead.

Is this correct procedure for replacement?

Go to Ceph > OSD
Click "Manage Global Flags" and set norebalance, norecover and nobackfill
Click "Create: OSD" and add the disks
Select the old disks and click "Out" (if needed)
Select the old disks and click "More" > "Destroy"
IMPORTANT: Click "Manage Global Flags" and unset norebalance, norecover and nobackfill

Ok, the procedure works just fine.
Looks like the order doesn't matter.
I destroyed down/out OSD first and than created a new one after physical disk replacement.

Got come issues with Megaraid controller which boots the safe mode until I cleaned up failed disk cache (I know that CEPH doesn't support RAID so I use RAID 0 with a single disk)
