Gateway slow at receiving email

Good Afternoon,

When someone mails a target domain in our mail gateway it is received late.

For example:

info@example.com send a mail to info@abcd.com (both added in gateway) at 12:16

It takes half a hour until Promox receives this email.
When I look in the tracking center de mail is received at 12:43 and processed.

Its a virtual environment with plenty of resources. Does anybody got a idea how to fix this?
 
Just check the emails via the "Message Tracking Center", so you should see in the logs why there is such an delay.
