Full disk space not available in a Proxmox cluster

I had an initial Proxmox server PVE, and then I created a second Proxmox server PVE2, I setup them up in a cluster using the command line.

The server PVE2 has a 1 Terabyte hard disk, but for some reason the base installation of Proxmox only created a 100 gig root disk, and the rest of the available disk storage doesn't show up as local.

What's the right way to setup the PVE2 server so the full amount of the 1 terabyte or what's left after the automatically created 100 gig root is available and I am wondering why Proxmox installed itself in this manner. I can just expand the root created partition to use the full amount of space?

Thanks!

pve-data does not show as available under local storage on the PVE2 server which I setup and I'm trying to figure out how to get it to appear.
