false positive handling?

can anyone explain me how does proxmox handle false positives or how can users report the incorrectly classified e-mails to the filter?
I read the manual but it didnt seem to cover this. Or is it implemented at all?

I havent had an oppurtunity to test Proxmox yet because it requires an empty HDD but i was hoping I would get an answer to this from here.

The probability for false positives is extremely low, but you can use the Whitelist to handle this.
