Hola por favor necesito desactivar la administración web de Proxmox debido a vulnerabildades.

It is not possible to disable the web UI through any specific Proxmox VE setting. Please note that Proxmox VE runs on top of a fully fledged Linux installation, you could block the ports of interest using network tools available for Debian.
