eno1: Reset adapter unexpectedly Intel I219-LM (rev 10)

Hello everybody,

I do have a I219-LM NIC on my HP Elitedesk 800 G4

I virtualized that PC and im using OPNsense with it.
Unfortunately the NIC apparently resets itself occasionally, which leads to no internet every few minutes, or hours.

The device is recognized as this
