email validate timeout when use pmg

I found problem then use this site https://verifalia.com/validate-email to validate email. status output is "Failed to validate, a timeout occurred while verifying the existence of the mailbox. Retrying the validation may result in a definitive response."

How can I fix this? Please advice me.

Hard to say - since I don't know this service ..

I assume you do use PMG? - if so - please post the logs corresponding to the validation attempt from verifalia.com

Yes. I use PMG as gateway.

I not found any messages in mail server when I test validate.
Where is the log that I should view at PMG? /var/log/syslog?

yes - or /var/log/mail.log, or the journal (see `man journalctl`)

If nothing arrives at your PMG then I guess that your DNS is not setup correctly
you need to point your MX record (either the single one, or the one with the highest priority) to point to your PMG hostname

try using no2bounce for validating the email. Their validation service is quite accurate and the tool is easy to use.
