[SOLVED] decrease qcow2 after files

is the following have a VM disk qcow2 and she Estavar with 160GB oculpado, however was deleted 120GB like qcow2 format dynamically grow the file was with 160GB, I wonder if there is no turning it to only the space that oculpado when the case 40GB, for various reasons would be better, the main is to improve backup performance because when going back up takes too long with too big file.
