control spam report sent to users

i have tried to delete the cron job which send the users the spam report but the users still receive the report
where in GUI can you control such reports functions for spam

please do not edit anything on the console unless you know exactly what you do!

see Configuration/Spam detector/Quarantine - Report Style.

You need to set "Report Style = none" - that disables daily spam reports.

Mail Domain/Address Statistics


iam unable to load or view any statistics in reciver name tab

all other statistics working fine where should i start looking

If you do not send messages through proxmox you need to disable advanced filters:

Configuration/System/Reports/UseAdvancedStatisticFilters

yes that sroted thanks so much for your help
it seems we faced alot of issues in unreachable mails till we disabled rbl checks
any ideas

Make sure if you are relaying mail through the system that it doesnt alter the headers and then when you rbl check it again it fails out.

Also, the default rbl's dont work anymore. lists.dsrbl.org and the other built in both are unsuccessful. you will want to change that to maybe zen.spamhaus.org (free mirror)

Proxmox Mail gateway already use spamhaus.org - no need to change something.

Well, I need to apply the update because the two mirrors that we were using both were failing. lists.dsbl.org and the spamhaus one, as everyone moves over to zen
