Console/Shell not Working

Hi,

I'm not sure what happened, but the Shell & Console stopped working. Nothing loads, and I get this error message every time I click on Console for each LXC/VM, and the Shell just shows a black screen:

failed waiting for client: timed out TASK ERROR: command '/usr/bin/termproxy 5900 --path /nodes/pve --perm Sys.Console -- /bin/login -f root' failed: exit code 1

I've tried reboot, shutting down containers/vm, but nothing seems to work.The last thing I did was install Tailscale (lxc unsuccessfully), which I would imagine some system files got corrupted?

Are there any resolutions without resulting in data loss?

Update: Seems to be a cache issue with Safari. Everything is working fine now are clearing cache/data.
