Changing ip VM from proxmox terminal

Good morning. I have a VM that I can not access. I need to change the ip of that machine. How do I do it from the proxmox terminal?

I can not use the vm console because it is XPE and it does not take out the promp

a vm or a container?
a vms network is configured completely inside the guest, no possibility from proxmox directly
but you can use the novnc console on the web to go into the guest

for containers you can use the pct tool
e.g., pct enter <VMID> to enter and correct the setting
or pct set <VMID> -net0 <OPTIONS> for directly configuring the network settings
(see man pct for details)

I can`t on the console.

it seems the vm does not even boot properly, you should fix that first
