Can't install snmpd

Hello,

I can't install snmpd.

proxmox0:~# apt-get install snmpd
Paketlisten werden gelesen... Fertig
Abhängigkeitsbaum wird aufgebaut
Lese Status-Informationen ein... Fertig
Die folgenden zusätzlichen Pakete werden installiert:
libsensors3 libsnmp-base libsnmp15
Vorgeschlagene Pakete:
lm-sensors
Die folgenden NEUEN Pakete werden installiert:
libsensors3 libsnmp-base libsnmp15 snmpd
0 aktualisiert, 4 neu installiert, 0 zu entfernen und 0 nicht aktualisiert.
Es müssen noch 0B von 4629kB an Archiven heruntergeladen werden.
Nach dieser Operation werden 9413kB Plattenplatz zusätzlich benutzt.
Möchten Sie fortfahren [J/n]? J
Vorkonfiguration der Pakete ...
Wähle vormals abgewähltes Paket libsensors3.
(Lese Datenbank ... dpkg: nicht behebbarer fataler Fehler, Abbruch:
files list file for package `initramfs-tools' is missing final newline
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)

Is there a solution for the problem??

How did you install your box? Proxmox VE never shows German errror codes, so it looks like you did some modifications.

I installed proxmox 1.8 with the proxmox cd.
Why there is german translation?? I don't know, perhaps because I use a terminal connection from a german ubuntu pc.

the problem is in your case initramfs-tools and not snmpd.
What shows

apt-get update
dpkg-query -s initramfs-tools

Any hint if you do an "apt-get upgrade"?
