I'm trying to use a blu-ray/dvd combo drive inside a Ubuntu VM. I have selected to use "physical cd/dvd drive" for the guest vm. Running "lsscsi" inside the Ubuntu VM gives me
Code:
[1:0:0:0] cd/dvd QEMU QEMU DVD-ROM 2.4. /dev/sr0

running the same command on my actual Proxmox server returns:
Code:
[4:0:0:0] cd/dvd HL-DT-ST BD-RE WH16NS40 1.00 /dev/sr0

How can I get my Ubuntu VM to recongize this also a blu-ray drive?

EDIT: Should mentioned I looked at the CD/DVD Writer tutorial on the Wiki but it mentions that it no longer works as of June 2013
