Backup dauert extrem lange

Guten Tag zusammen,

ich habe eine VM, von der ich täglich um 23 Uhr ein Backup auf eine StorageBox bei Hetzner mache.
Ich habe nun festgestellt, dass das Backup mehr als 9 Stunden dauert.
Kann mir jemand erklären, warum das Backup so lange dauert? Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht oder Ideen, wie ich die Dauer des Backups verkürzen kann?

Über welches Protokoll hast du die SB angebunden? Einige Protokolle laufen nur auf Single Core und limitieren schon mal, außerdem ist die SB auch nicht superschnell, vor allem zu den Zeiten wo alle Leute ihre Backups uploaden.

Kann ich die Verbindung auf SMB3 über die GUI begrenzen? Ich erinnere mich nicht, eine solche Option gesehen zu haben. Ich versuche mal, ein Backup auf der Festplatte zu erstellen. Vielleicht liegt das Problem nicht beim Upload, sondern beim Erstellen des Backups.

Was soll im Root 332 GByte belegen?
