I dont know if I am doing something wrong but I cant seem to add a repository to an Ubuntu container. I am using the standard 20.04 template. The adding seems to go ok but when I do the update I get the following:

root@k6:~# apt update
Hit:1 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal InRelease
Get:2 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal-updates InRelease [114 kB]
Err:3 https://dl.bintray.com/loadimpact/deb stable InRelease
403 Forbidden [IP: 35.161.110.43 443]
Get:4 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal-security InRelease [114 kB]
Reading package lists... Done
E: Failed to fetch https://dl.bintray.com/loadimpact/deb/dists/stable/InRelease 403 Forbidden [IP: 35.161.110.43 443]
E: The repository 'https://dl.bintray.com/loadimpact/deb stable InRelease' is not signed.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

This has happened to number of other repos I have tried to add. Makes me think there is something I am missing when adding.

by the way, this repo dl.bintray.com returning forbidden status.

EDIT:
only you have to do either comment out that repo or remove it from sources.list
