Hello,
I am running two Proxmox nodes and my software levels are as follows:

pveversion -v
pve-manager: 1.9-24 (pve-manager/1.9/6542)
running kernel: 2.6.32-4-pve
proxmox-ve-2.6.32: 1.9-47
pve-kernel-2.6.32-4-pve: 2.6.32-33
pve-kernel-2.6.32-6-pve: 2.6.32-47
qemu-server: 1.1-32
pve-firmware: 1.0-14
libpve-storage-perl: 1.0-19
vncterm: 0.9-2
vzctl: 3.0.29-2pve1
vzdump: 1.2-16
vzprocps: 2.0.11-2
vzquota: 3.0.11-1
pve-qemu-kvm: 0.15.0-1
ksm-control-daemon: 1.0-6

I created a custom OpenVZ container template. On one of the nodes, I copied the template tar.gz file to /var/lib/vz/template/cache. The copy ended successfully and I saw the file in /var/lib/vz/template/cache. Then about 20 seconds later it disappeared. I did this process over and over again trying different things like shutting down OpenVZ, copying it at the same time on both nodes, etc. Somehow, I finally got it there and it stayed there. Does anybody know why this was happening? Since it is a cache directory, is there something special that needs to be done when updating that directory? Thanks.

The content of that directory is synced from the master node. So please copy all templates to the master - they will get automatically copied to all nodes.
