I am having similar issues, but I only have a 2 node cluster. in your logs the first error that appears before the kernel goes crazy is:
Sep 1 23:47:00 cn04 systemd-modules-load[593]: Inserted module 'iscsi_tcp'
which is exactly what I got:

There are several good firewall distributions out there. I have been using pfsense for a while, which is a fork of M0n0Wall with more features and based off of freeBSD. There is also a newer ipfire firewall based off of linux
Can some one explain to me what openvswitch is supposed to do? I feel like I know what it does, but I am missing something big.
I know its supposed to allow you to create vlans, QoS, and network usage monitoring for each VM, but why do we need openvswitch for it? is there supposed to be a...
What were you looking to Encrypt? This is more of a general linux situation. If you are just looking into encrypting data on some VMs then you may just want to set the encryptions opens when installing the VMs. You could also encrypt the area you store VM images but that would probably have a...
I had grabbed it from the cache and it done it manually that way. I just removed the cached pve-manager file and remove and installed pve-manager using apt and the same error happened.. If I still get the same problem next time there is a major release I will just start from scratch to avoid it.
Server:/mnt/Virtual/iso# dpkg-reconfigure pve-manager
/usr/sbin/dpkg-reconfigure: pve-manager is broken or not fully installed

Also, I do not see anything at all in the dpkg.log or dpkg.log.1... the last thing was in october. I see older pve-manager 1.6-5 updates in there, but nothing related to the recent one. the logs in /var/log/apt/term.log are just the output from apt-get install, which I have posted before.
I have not messed with anything Apache related.. the only time I removed a package was after I ran the update and pve-manager would not configure... I then reinstalled the package. Looks like its apache2.2-common now, which is installed, and the configure script showed even less then the...
looking back at the initial install log I see this:

same errors :( Nothing seems to be wrong with the program. The web interface still works and I was able to create a VM. I just dont know what will happen next time I upgrade or update.
I already tried to reinstall them again, and it did not work
Server:~# apt-get install pve-manager

pve-manager is already the newest version.

It is a normal installation, I just did apt-get remove and then tried to install it to see if it would fix the problem. All I did was update the box and the error happened.. nothing fancy. The only thing unusual I have on the box is an NFS server
