Hello all,

I have a question regarding ZFS over iSCSI plugin and moving VM disks within single storage server.
Our current setup is, as ZFS over ISCS plugin does not support multipath (yet?), we have a single storage server with ZFS backend and multiple IPs and we are using LACP to load-balance between these IPs. The storage server itself is represented as 4 servers/IPs on Proxmox cluster.
Now, in case some VM is saturating one of the links, we migrate the disk using web GUI to another IP, this basically creates a duplicate disk on the storage server and then switches the link/IP. This duplication/copying is however done via network so the speed of the disk migration is limited by speed of a single link - and is also a waste of space, although only temporary.

Is there a way to tell Proxmox, either via GUI or CLI, to NOT duplicate/copy the disk but only switch the IP?

I checked the git repository but I was unable to find any specific command/script that does the IP switching part.
We are currently using Proxmox VE 5.1

Thanks!
