Hi,
I have 1tb ZFS disk, i'm using for data storege. I've allocated almost 100% od storage, so i dont have enoght space even for snapshots.

How can i resize 1tb drive (to eg. 750gb) mounted to VM without losing data?

If the disk is full, it's full, what do you want to shrink? VM images are thinly provisioned on ZFS, so there's only a possibility to run fstrim -a inside the guests and hope for some blocks to be freed. Also, set the autotrim option in the dataset which contains the images' zvols.

size of vm disk on zfs was reserved.
You can restore "real" size with :
zfs set refreservation=none /path/of/vm-disk
