WS2008R2 time running fast - fix

Firstly, Proxmox 2.0 is looking really good, thank you.

We have two fresh WS2008R2 core DC VMs, one on standard Mint KVM with kernel 3.0.0-16, one on Proxmox 2.0.

w32tm /monitor from our PDC was showing the Proxmox 2.0 VM time out by large numbers of seconds.

Martin Maurer suggested adding

args: -no-hpet -no-kvm-pit-reinjection

to the VM config file.

This worked fine, in case anyone else has this issue.

Could you brief list important point to intall Windows Server 2008 R2? I installed VirstIO for disk driver and E1000 network driver, but my VM cound not access the Internet.
