Whitelisting not working

We are using proxmox 2.4 in a couple of places as the freeware and one client who has purchased the unlimited license. Almost everyone is saying if they get a message in quarantine and whitelist it, it comes right back the next day in quarantine.

Ive been trying to locate some of them and in the early stages, it seems to far and wide. I also think i have the backscatter set incorrectly we now get alot of emails that have just a valid email with an .rtf attachment, where we never recieved those before.

We were running 2.2 until recently, so Im only thinking this is something I misconfigured with the new options (backscatter etc) or something else.

To verify that, we would need such message (raw/eml format) and your configuration (backup). Please open a ticket at support@proxmox.com.

You already updated to 2.5?
