Where to open a bug incident for kernel 4.15.18-26?

I'm running OpenMediaVault on Debian 9 and I'm using the Proxmox kernel 4.15.18.
The latest -26 introduces a bug with bcache, I had to go back to -25.
In the bugzilla only version 5 and 6 are accepted as version for new bugs.
To whom should be reported?
