I accidentally deleted a few files in /etc (yes facepalm indeed), after performing a repair and replacing 'most' of the lost content I am unable to access the Web UI after a reboot.

/var/log/syslog shows this error:
Code:
May 7 06:25:17 proxmox pveproxy[24105]: /etc/pve/local/pve-ssl.key: failed to load local private key (key_file or key) at /usr/share/perl5/PVE/HTTPServer.pm line 1324

Running pvecm updatecerts results in this error:
Code:
root@proxmox:~# pvecm updatecerts
ipcc_send_rec failed: Connection refused
ipcc_send_rec failed: Connection refused
ipcc_send_rec failed: Connection refused

Running service pve-cluster restart results in this error:
Code:
root@proxmox:~# service pve-cluster restart
Restarting pve cluster filesystem: pve-clusterfuse: mountpoint is not empty
fuse: if you are sure this is safe, use the 'nonempty' mount option
[main] crit: fuse_mount error: No such file or directory
[main] notice: exit proxmox configuration filesystem (-1)
 (warning).

Here's my pveversion -v output:
Code:
root@proxmox:~# pveversion -v
