[SOLVED] vm windows 7 restarts instead of shutting down

hello, I have a problem on VM windows 7 generated by template, the VM has stopped performing shutdowns, it only restarts. other VMs created from the same template shut down regularly. Tried to: disable Shutdown Event Tracker, set screen always on, agent up and running, all drivers installed correctly. Do you have info to solve this problem?

how do you shutdown the VM?

try:
- in the VM start menu -> shutdown
- on PVE qm shutdown VMID

with the qm shutdown command VMID works.
