Hello !
I use a self-bought server colocated somewhere in Romania and I feel that there isn't normal what happen.
When I install OS (any version of centos/freebsd) it is going very, very slow (over 10 minutes for a minimal iso).
Server configuration:
HDD: single ADATA SU650 SSD 240 GB.

Dear guys, another story with happy end. I've sent for colocation a server which one SSD ADATA SU650 240GB and today after these benchmarks i've tested the most unbelivele thing.
THEY GOT MY SSD AND REPLACED IT WITH ONE HDD !!

Guys...looks what they said "we didn't changed your hardware, because you use a older version than drive, it doesn't recognize correctly that item."

What to trust now ? -.-

Debian drive info:

Yes, you're using a RAID-Controller in between, so the rotational thing comes from it. The P410i is also really old and not optimized for an SSD. To get the "right" SMART values, you have to trigger them manually via

Code:
smartctl -a -d cciss,0 /dev/sda

We have this old controller on one from us Server. On us, it was better to switch the ssd to an normal SATAport.

Look like you have an logical drive. But see only one SSD, right? I think you have to backup your VM's and setup the server again. I don't know what the raidcontoller write exactly if you have only one disk. You can test it. Change your SSD from your SAScontroller directly to your SATAcontroller. Then change the boot order to boot from that. Maybe it is working, but i think not.

Tomorrow i will bring server home from datacenter to improve his resources. How to connect direct to SATA?

How to connect direct to SATA?

I'm not sure about the 360G6 and additional SATA ports, but there may be 2 or 4 on the mainboard itself for stuff like DVD. You maybe need SFF2SATA adapter to attach the stuff to the backplane. Unfortunately, the manual does not show the mainboard layout. I have also 3 of them running, but I cannot look right now.

How did @fireon do this?

How did @fireon do this?
On not nice hard way
There are 6 or 9 SATAconnectors on the board. Connect the SSD's to the connectors with normal SATAcable and poweradapter on molex. Then... find a nice free place inside. I did this in the freeplace for the second hddcage.
