VM cant access internet after enabling firewall

Dear humans, after enabling the firewall for my Windows VM and allowing RDP access
i can remote rdp but the vm cant browse the net
if i disable the firewall using the command pve-firewall stop i get back internet access

what rules do i need to add to be able to browse the net ?

can you show the current rules? maybe you need to allow outbound connections
