Use windows as vm and also dual boot into it

So I want to set up proxmox and have one windows and two Linux vms. I will pass through 1 gpu to windows and another to one of the Linux vm. That part is normal.

can I also have it so I can boot into that windows vm without proxmox in case something goes wrong or whatever reason. How will the gpu work? This is my desktop/main computing device

Not really, at least not without trickery. And if the Proxmox VE installation has an issue, so most likely will your Windows.
