Trying to upload the file I downloaded directly from ubuntu (22.04 server) and it won't let me upload it.

File name has (1) at end for some reason. Again - I download directly rom ubuntu website and do not have that file in my folder so it should not be added the (1) (2) at the end... looks like ubuntu is sending it that way...

Either way - iso upload fails if there is (1) at the end of the file name before .ISO

Maybe because there is a space now in the name too...

Can we check bug reports to see if we can edit the import/upload code to strip spaces from file names and convert to standard naming convention while in process of validation of file upload?

Seemed to upload fine when I change the file name without spaces or ( )

Most likely there is already a file with the name, hence Windows adds a (1) to it - this is pretty common. I think osx does this as well.

There are a few things one shouldn't do. Blanks and special chars in file names for instance ;)

Not everything that can be done should be done.
My 2 cents
