Upgrade vom 4.2 auf 5.0

Wir haben gerade versucht ein 4.2 System upzugraden.leider ist was schief gelaufen und er ist unter der Installation abgebrochen.
Die Frage ist kann man die Installation neu anwerfen oder wie befreien wir uns aus unserer Lage

So wie es aussieht haben wir ein Cluster Problem bei diesem System gibt es da eine Möglichkeit das uns jemand hilft ?

also ich kann dir aus Erfahrung sagen das der Support, wenn du in schnell brauchst zur Stelle ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr kompetent und helfen gerne.
