We recently upgraded our 4 x members cluster to Proxmox 4.2.

All hosts are identical Dell R630's with 256GB RAM, X520 10Gb Nics connected to Dell n4032f switches using a Dell Compellent SC4020 SSD SAN for shared storage.

This has been working nicely in 4.1.

After the upgrade we experienced lots of IO errors, a snippet has been attached to this ticket.

It appears that these errors are kernel related as when I started each host on the previous (Proxmox 4.1) kernel (4.2.6.-1) everything works fine.

Are you aware of any kernel/driver problems with the hardware I've outlined?
