I know there are a bunch of threads just like this one, but I either don't understand the solution, or my situation is unlike a thread I found.

I've looked over, and even modified my repos to be all in one file, I think they are correct.
I tried removing the kernel, but was told it was not installed.

I don't use ceph or corrosync as far as I am aware, so I'm not 100% sure on what might need to be done.

I attached all my sources as well as current versions.

Edit, I saw in some other threads asking for output of apt update.

Code:
root@proxmox01:~# apt update
Hit:1 http://security.debian.org buster/updates InRelease
Hit:2 http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve buster InRelease
Hit:3 http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian buster InRelease
Hit:4 http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian buster-updates InRelease
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
548 packages can be upgraded. Run 'apt list --upgradable' to see them.

Figured it out, Dell open manage was causing the issue. Found the solution here.

Code:
apt purge srvadmin-*

mkdir /opt/dell/srvadmin/sbin

apt purge srvadmin-*

After I removed that (and updated corrosync to 3, while testing solutions), the upgrade stop trying to remove proxmox-ve.
