Usually I've installed Windows with English Language Pack and haven't problems with Balloon. But since I've installed Windows with Spanish Language Pack I've got an issue.
Balloon driver and service was successfully installed, but there's wrong data in memory usage.
Stable virtio drivers at this time are these (virtio-win-0.1.102.iso). Windows in my case is Windows Server 2008 x64 Standard, but I think it can be reproduced on Windows 7, Windows 2008 R2 and so on.
But at another point of view Windows 2008 and Windows Vista are Windows NT 6.0 and I think issue can be reproduced only in these operating systems.
Please, can anyone test this case with any other Language Pack (except English) and confirm or refute this issue?
