unable to restore backup encrypted

Hi everyone I updated a proxmox node 6 to 7 but something went wrong and now the network doesn't work for me anymore.

is a machine on OVH
the operating system starts the VPSs start (and go out on the internet) but the network no longer works after the update
You are trying to restore the encrypted backups from the backup server to another node proxmox 6 but it gives me this error

error before or during data restore, some or all disks were not completely restored. VM 102 state is NOT cleaned up.
TASK ERROR: command '/usr/bin/proxmox-backup-client restore '--crypt-mode=none' vm/104/2021-07-30T19:41:38Z index.json /var/tmp/vzdumptmp3360/index.json --repository root@pam@xx.XX.XX.XX:locale' failed: exit code 255

what happens? Yet all backups are ok and I see no errors

am I doing something wrong?

can you post the complete task log from pve side?

what exactly do you mean? if the guests can connect to the internet, the network seems to work, no?

Sorry, I'll answer myself.
I hadn't entered the encryption key, so it rightly gave an error.
