Unable to backup, migrate, and clone multiple VM

Hey, for the last couple of months my Proxmox Hard drive started failing and I tried to back up all of my VM's a few worked but 2 of them wouldn't. I also tried migrating it but that also did not work. Below is message i receive when i try to do anything.

yes the part of the vm disk is probably not readable

Thank you for the response, do you have any recommendation on what I should do to be able to save any new information added after the last backup, or will I need to manually transfer the new information over when I restore the backup.
 
if you can, backup the data you need from inside the vm, but i would not keep my hopes up, since it seems the disk is damaged/broken and some data will be lost

also, i'd probably use a live cd to make a complete image (e.g. with dd) of your disk and operate on that
