Unable to add an user to an other group

Each user can be member of several groups.

But if use this command line twice
pveum usermod testuser@pve -group admin
pveum usermod testuser@pve -group group1
the first assignment is overwritten. Seems to be the wrong command. But what is the correct command.
 
You need to specify all groups (there is no group add function)

#pveum usermod testuser@pve -group admin -group group1
 
or the second command has to look like this

pveum usermod testuser@pve -group group1 -append true
to indicate you want to add a group, not set it
