unable to activate storage 'xxxxx' - directory '/mnt/pve/xxxxx' does not exist or is unreachable (500)

Hello,
My proxmox has 4 remote smb's for iso and backup storage on 2 different servers. after xx hours the connections get ? marks on them. And I get the tiled message. If I reboot proxmox everything is good again for xx hours. How do stop this timeout?
