Tutorial for installing Proxmos on Ubuntu 12.04

Hi all,

Where can I find tutorial/instruction steps to install Proxmox on Ubuntu 12.04?

This is a test not for production. PC with following config:-

CPU AMD 4 core
RAM 8G
HD 160G
One NIC
OS - Ubuntu 12.04 desktop 64bit or Fedora 17 desktop 64bit

Proxmox VE is a distribution, cannot installed on top of Ubuntu or Fedora.

I have an old PC with following config

I'm prepared installing Debian Squeeze. Can I test Proxmox on it?
