I've setup a PM mailgateway in our datacenter and are relaying 3 domains at the moment.
At the interface i've added those 3 domains at the "Relayed Domains".
And also added those three domains in the "transport" tab.

The MX records of eg. domain.com points to the mailgateway.
at the transport tab i added for this domain:

Host/IP -> mail.domain.com
MX -> changed to disable
Port -> 25
Domains -> domain.com

the default of the MX = enable
but the mx records are pointing to the mailgateway so the mx check must be disabled for relaying to domain.com because else the messages bounces with "unknown user: "username"

Is this the right way to ad multiple transports to proxmox.

I hope it is at least a bit clear what i'm trying to say.

You only need to disable this if you have a MX record for 'mail.domain.com', which does not point to the correct host.

yes.
