Timezone question.

I has installed proxmox mail gateway on Vietnam.And I set server timezone is Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh.
I open https://IP:8006 by browsers from taiwan IP.The tracker center list will show taipei timezone.The log will show Ho_Chi_Minh timezone.
Could setup to the same? How to fix it?

The line, first line displays the timezone of your browser, the logs below take the information directly from the system's /var/log/syslog.

Thanks for your reply.I know these two different timezone .Could display the same timezone and use log timezone?
