Hi guys. I saw similar topics but still no solution.
I have one server in OVH center and sometimes totally random, VM hang up. While other 15 VMs has no problem. Host proxmox is on SSD Intel in raid1.
What does help is setting disk driver to IDE. no hangups but this is very slow and making backups of whole VM sometimes hang up VM while on virtio backuping is ok but sometimes it hang up while normal operation :)
Below some details :)

Inside VM we can see this:

many processes: task ... blocked for more than 120 seconds.
Only STOPPing and staring this VM helps.

Hanged up VM GUEST:
virtio0 on qcow2
Controller: Default LSI
