Sun ATLS1QGE poor performance with OVS

As the search returned nothing related to the Sun`s ATLS1QGE: https://www.ebay.com/itm/SUN-ATLS1Q...R-GBE-UTP-X8-PCIE-CARD-ATLS1QGE-/182889679886

My issue is: with the linux standard bridge everything works fine, however when using OVS, performance is torn apart, as can be seen on attached screenshot.

And before anyone says: "Use the standard bridge then!", I'm concerned with performance (in tests done with the actual hardware and other interfaces, OVS done way better than linux std bridging).

Any ideas/suggestions?

Hi,

OpenvSwitch is only faster if you can use HW offloading like DPDK[1].
DPDK is not supported by Proxmox VE.
