Spam Quarantine all users

I installed Proxmox Mail Gateway 6.0-4 free as an antispam server for a mail server.
It works fine, but except one thing. In the Proxmox Mail Gateway has an option Spam Quarantine. It is empty. I do not see there the spam letters. If I open the link https://server:8006/quarantine and login as domain user then I get access to the quarantine mail only this user.
I want to see spam letters all users.
Can Administartor (root) have access to spam letters all users?

yes - but you have to provide an e-mail address of the mailbox which has mails in the quarantine
